Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agreed to adhere to the following terms and conditions.   

1. Timeframe: Return requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the order.   
2. Condition: Products must be in their original packaging with tags intact. Items without original tags will not be accepted.     
3. USAGE: Items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.   
4. Shipping: Products bought during sales are non-refundable but can be exchanged or store credit can be issued.   

EXCHANGE POLICY   

1. TIMEFRAME: Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of receiving the order. Request by emailing us at jaipursaachi@gmail.com 
2. Restrictions: Once an order is exchanged, customers cannot request another exchange.   
3. Payment: The difference in amount must be paid when creating the exchange request, plus the exchange amount will be deducted with the shipping cost of the product.    
4. Delivery: exchange/ replacement items will be delivered to the same address as the original order.

6. If exchanging for the same or a different size, a replacement will be provided at no cost.   
7. If exchanging for a different style or color, a replacement will be provided by deducting the shipping charges.   
8. If exchanging for an item of higher value, the difference must be paid; if the item is of lower value, the difference will be refunded in the form of a credit note.
